Every project follows the same path. Predictability is what makes construction feel professional instead of stressful.

Project intake

You send scope, photos, timeline, and budget range. We review whether the project is a fit before taking up your time.

We walk the space, discuss materials and layout, and flag anything that could affect cost or schedule.

You receive a line-item scope so you can see exactly what is included and what is not.

Selections are locked, lead times confirmed, and a start date is set in writing.

Protection goes down, trades are sequenced, and the site is cleaned at the end of each work day.

We review the finished work together, complete any punch list items, and hand the space back clean.
